• The reason why you are not happy with PDFill.

• E-mail address under which the purchase was made.

• Please forward the receipt email from Paypal or SWREG/Digital River to sale@pdfill.com

• You must Deactivate all PDFill PDF Editor license from all your computers:
  From Your desktop, click the icon of "PDFill PDF Editor".  Choose Help Menu => Enter Registration Code => Deactivate.

Upon receipt of all of the above applicable to your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price by either crediting your credit card account or by issuing a refund check in one business day.

Please don't make a claim to PAYPAL in order to get a refund. It may cause delay or rejection. Just contact us at sale@pdfill.com and let us refund you in one business day.

** The best way to remove PDFill from your system is as follows:

1. From Your desktop, click the icon of "PDFill PDF Editor".  Choose Help Menu => Enter Registration Code => Deactivate.

2. Exit from PDFill PDF Editor.

3. To uninstall PDFill, click START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL.

4. Then Double Click Add/Remove Programs. Select any copies of PDFill that you find and click remove.
